Aaron Gutierrez

Aaron Gutierrez was born and raised in Pueblo, CO. He graduated from Colorado College in 2008 with a degree in International Political Economy and a minor in Spanish. After attending Colorado College, he worked at El Pomar Foundation as a Fellow. In 2009, he was selected as a Public Policy Fellow at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington, D.C. As a Public Policy Fellow, he worked in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs in the Obama Administration and for Congressman John Salazar’s Office. After working in Washington D.C., Aaron worked for the Koncilja & Koncilja law firm before applying for law school. Aaron graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law in 2012. Since passing the Colorado Bar Exam, he has worked for the Colorado State Office of the Public Defender in Pueblo, CO, for almost four years.
