Aaron Gutierrez joined the Board of Directors in 2017.

Aaron was born and raised in Pueblo, Colorado. He graduated from Colorado College in 2008 with a degree in International Political Economy and a minor in Spanish. After attending Colorado College, he worked at El Pomar Foundation as a Fellow. In 2009, he was selected as a Public Policy Fellow at the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute in Washington, D.C. As a Public Policy Fellow, he worked in the White House Office of Legislative Affairs in the Obama Administration and for Congressman John Salazar’s Office. After working in Washington D.C., Aaron worked for the Koncilja & Koncilja law firm before applying for law school. Aaron graduated from Western Michigan University Cooley School of Law in 2012. Aaron previously worked for the Colorado State Office of the Public Defender in Pueblo, Colorado. He now co-owns Garcia Gutierrez Law Group, where he works as an attorney.
