Alyssa has become very outgoing and models what it means to be a good Club member. She is very respectful and engaging. Alyssa is that person who always actively participates. She is finding her voice and very friendly. We have seen a dramatic shift in her personality and outgoing nature.

Alyssa demonstrates good Character and Leadership by always following the rules and reminding others of the rules when she sees that they’re doing something that they shouldn’t. Alyssa has come to numerous staff and shared when multiple members are being disrespectful or creating an unwelcoming environment. The other way that the member has shown good character and leadership is by actively participating in all club activities and curriculums. The same can be said for Club programs. Alyssa has already graduated from one program and is currently an active participant in our Smart Moves program.

Alyssa says the Club gives her a place where she can have fun and make friends.
