The Club has changed Padme's attitude by helping her step out of her shell and being more open with others. For example, Padme has signed up to participate in 3rd grade Positive Action, Summer Brain Gain and is a top reader in Ms. Liz’s Lit Camp reading group. This is a huge improvement for Padme because at the beginning of the summer, Padme was very quiet, only stood next to her sister and would only say a few words. 

Padme demonstrates good character and leadership in numerous ways; one way is always following the Club rules and asking for permission before she does anything. For example, it is very easy to start playing pool when the table is empty or walk into the bathroom when no one is using it. Padme makes sure that she always asks a staff member for permission before doing anything. Another example is she treats others with respect and shows kindness to all members. 

Padme stated "The Club has made my life better because before I came here, I was a sad person but now I’m really happy and love to come to the Club"
