The Boys & Girls Club has become an important and consistent part of Ezra’s life. Over the years, the Clubhouse provided him with a safe, supportive environment where he knows he is cared for, encouraged, and valued. This was especially meaningful during the difficult  circumstances his family experienced over the summer. While his father was seriously ill and his family was dealing with the stress of his hospitalization and being without his income, Ezra was still able to come to the Club each day and have a sense of stability and normalcy.

Through his time at the Club, Ezra has built strong relationships with staff and other members and has developed a place where he feels comfortable being himself. The Club has given Ezra opportunities to

participate, connect with others, and continue growing in a positive environment. His family has shared how much they appreciate knowing that Ezra is safe and well cared for while they navigate challenges at home. Most importantly, the Club has been more than simply a place for Ezra to spend his afternoons. It has been

a consistent support system for him and his family, helping provide stability, positive relationships, and a sense of belonging during both good and difficult times.
