Kylie has attended the Avondale Club for a while now and every time she shows up to Club she brings in this bright and positive energy where at times members want to be around her all the time. In fact, Kylie is a very outspoken person, volunteers to help members/staff, and is always willing to be a role model for other members her age or for the younger members.

Kylie has mentioned that coming to Club helps her mentally, emotionally, and physically because this is a place where she gets to destress. She has said that the Club is like her second home because the staff and members make her feel like that. When Kylie first started she had to be pushed to do something out of her comfort zone, but as time went on she has developed a skill and now she will do it on her own. For instance, she has done the majority of the programs to be a Teen Leader, but she did not feel capable to help staff scan in members for community service. Now you will find her cleaning her area after snack and ready to scan in members for community service. Furthermore, she makes sure her voice is heard at all times, enjoys creating friendships at Club and outside of Club, not only that but she is quick to participate in any program offered to her. Adding on, Kylie is quick to make sure to follow the steps to resolve conflict with other members. 

Kylie is honest, respectful, thoughtful, and friendly which allows her to create friendships and participate in programs or activities. Kylie has amazing leadership skills that allow her to think outside the box. She is always motivated to learn something new regarding anything that can be helpful at Club. With that being said, when looking for games to play she understands Club rules and with her full honesty she will let staff know about the games. With her time here at Club she has grown to be a responsible member! She is a smart and organized member and enjoys doing activities that are new to her. She loves to do community service when the opportunity is given and without asking. 

Kylie plans to make the world a better place by becoming a veterinarian and help animals that aren't able to get care.
