Since Noah has been attending Club, his behavior and actions have improved dramatically. Noah is being nominated this month specifically for his improvement. Staff and Noah have worked very hard to understand one another, and improve on our impulses and anger when we don’t understand. Noah is now able to ask staff to take a walk when we get overwhelmed. Noah’s change in behavior has made him the most wonderful little boy to be around and he has become a real star in his group and among his friends. The staff believe that the consistency that he has been given between the Club and home has allowed Noah to thrive in his environment. 

We believe Noah has demonstrated good Character and Leadership is by his commitment to getting better when he attends Club. He has been able to help staff run programs when he is feeling down, he has started to comfort members in times of need, and he has even begun to correct his behavior in front of his friends to set an example. 

Noah stated "It makes my life better because staff help me solve problems and it's a fun place to make friends. I also like to do my homework here and I feel safe here"
