Youth of the Month
In the years since becoming a member, Iva has not only become smarter but we have also witnessed remarkable personal growth. The Club provided a nurturing environment that encouraged intellectual curiosity and pushed her to explore new horizons. By partaking in different programs, the nominee honed a variety of skills. When Iva first began, she had little interest in school. This year was her first year in high school and  has a renewed sense of
importance for school that is really nice to see.

Iva is a good example leadership and commitment to service by her continued attendance from high school every day she can be here. She helps younger members feel at home on the Girl’s Rock team and she is always ready to go Friday morning when transport arrives to get her. Iva consistently extends a helping hand. Her empathy and compassion are beginning to develop beautifully.

Iva stated "the club makes my life better by helping me be more confident and giving me a place I love coming to”
