The Club has helped her grow in confidence and become more proactive about supporting her mental health. She shares that she is now more comfortable speaking openly with others and is no longer as afraid to use her voice.

Jaiya demonstrates strong character and leadership through her role as a referee in the Athletic Program as part of our Peer Leader internship program. She enjoys supporting younger participants and shows genuine compassion and encouragement toward the youth she works with.

Jaiya stated "the Club has made me way more confident in everything I do; how I dress, how I act, and how I express myself. It’s given me a safe space to be who I am and has also taught me how to be safe and prepared in a work environment.”
