11 Paid Holidays per Year
Vacation
• Vacation days accumulate one day per month from the date of regular full-time or regular part-time employment and may not be taken and will not be paid until after one year on the job is completed, nor will any vacation days accrue cash value at termination until after one year on the job is completed.
• More than 5 continuous years of service, but less than 15 years of service – 15 Days of Vacation per Calendar Year
• 15 or More Years of Service – 20 Days of Vacation per Calendar Year
Sick Leave
• Sick leave for regular full-time staff members accumulates at the rate of one
day per full month or twelve days per year.
• Sick leave for regular part-time staff members is pro-rated.
• Sick leave may accumulate to forty-three days.
• During the first three months of employment, absences for any reason, other than jury duty or holidays, will be unpaid.
Personal Leave
• Personal time off will accrue 1/4 day per month (three days per year which is 24 working hours.)
• Staff members are eligible for personal leave after six months of employment.
• Any personal time off over and above the three days will be without pay.

• Effective on the first day of the month, after a continuous 30 days of
employment
• BGCPC Pays 100% of the Premium
Dental Insurance
• United Healthcare
• Effective on the first day of the month, after a continuous 30 days of
employment

• Effective on the first day of the month, after a continuous 30 days of employment

Life Insurance
• United Healthcare
• Effective on the first day of the month, after a continuous 30 days of employment.
• Benefit is $15,000 for employee and $3,000 for spouse and each dependent
• BGCPC pays 100% of the Premium
Retirement Plan
• Retirement Plan (Simplified Employee Pension Plan) under Morgan Stanley
• The annual employer SEP contribution for eligible participants is 5% of the annual income.
Long Term Disablility
• BGCPC pays 100% of the Premium
