Why Give

Increased  Marketing

Charitable sponsorship is a great way to do good, while also gaining community exposure. Donations put your company's name in front of more than 1,300 of our e-newsletter subscribers, 600 households on our mailing list, and more than 1,000 families who use our services.

Tax Deduction

You may not instantly see how your contribution benefits your community, but you will quickly notice the tax savings! In addition to the standard federal and state contribution, all monetary contributions exceeding $250 per year qualify for the additional 50% Colorado Child Care Contribution Tax Credit.

Employee Morale

Employees respect companies that care for their community. It simply makes employees feel good and increases pride in their employer.

Sponsorships

Event and/or program sponsorship is an excellent way to enhance your company’s visibility in the community. Annual event sponsorship opportunities include: Champions of Youth Dinner, Who’s Your Caddy Miniature Golf Tournament and the Gil A. Padilla Glow Golf Tournament.

You can also underwrite a youth program, wrap one of our fleet vehicles with your logo or adopt a Clubhouse for the holidays. Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County offers various tiers of sponsor recognition, all with marketing benefits.

Sponsorship Opportunities

Volunteer Opportunities

Every business can reap huge rewards by connecting employees to worthwhile causes in their community. Company-sponsored volunteer programs at Boys & Girls  Clubs of Pueblo County develop employee teamwork and collaboration skills, while increasing worker loyalty and morale.

Special Projects

We want each and every one of our members to achieve academic success, but many don’t have the essential tools they need to succeed. Each year, BGCPC works with local businesses and groups to provide backpacks with all the required school supplies to Club kids who would not be prepared for the first day of school without the community’s generosity.

Do you want to help put a smile on child’s face this Holiday Season? Each year, BGCPC works with local businesses and groups to provide each Clubhouse with a special Holiday Party, where every child enjoys a festive meal, themed activities, a visit with Santa and chooses a small gift. It is always a wonderful experience for our Club kids and teens and our sponsors and volunteers!

In addition to our Clubhouse parties, our organization identifies approximately 150 youth among our membership with the highest needs, who may need a little help for the holidays. We produce a shopping list for each kid or teen, adopt them out to our donors, and ensure the gifts are delivered to their home.

Cash Donations & Grants

Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County has a long history of partnerships with corporate and foundation grantors. We are always seeking to broaden our support. Your donation shows your commitment to meeting the needs of our community.

Your financial support ensures our programs and services available to the 2,000+ young people who walk through our doors each year.

Want to host a fundraiser for our Club kids?

employees donate $5 per day to support the Club.
• Community-wide events – car show, car wash, etc.
