Emily Ritchey

Grants Manager

Emily joined the team at Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County in February 2025 as the Grants Manager. She develops and writes grant proposals, reports progress to funders, and oversees the grant process.

Emily recently moved to Pueblo from Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelors in American Studies with a concentration in American Religion. While in school, she worked on a Public Health professor's research team focused on childhood lead poisoning, which is a major issue in Lancaster due to the lead paint in much of its aging housing stock. She worked as a data analyst at Milagro House, a residential program for mothers and their children facing homelessness. Emily also worked as a pastry cook at a French patisserie in Lancaster, so now she may give unsolicited feedback about your mousse and sponge cake unless specifically asked not to.

Emily believes that every kid deserves the world, and is happy to have found an organization full of people that believe the same thing. One of the first steps to giving them the world is giving them high quality out-of-school time programming, and she's glad to be part of making that happen!
