Esther Villa


Director of IT & Data

Esther joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County in 2018 as the Data Analyst and Spanish Translator. Her role with the Club consists of overseeing our 21st Century grant, working with our Club data, translating material into Spanish, and assisting with Spanish interpretation. She also oversees and aids in technology needs.

Esther is from El Paso, Texas but moved to Colorado in 2009. She was a student athlete for the Women’s Soccer Team at Colorado State University-Pueblo. Esther received her BS in Biology and BA in Spanish along with two minors in chemistry and coaching. She then pursued her Master’s in Public Health from Southern New Hampshire University.

Esther also does Spanish Translations for the Garcia's Future Project, another nonprofit. Recently Esther was one of the recipients for the Pueblo's  2023 40 under 40 Award through the Pueblo Chambers of Commerce for the work she does in the community. Esther has years of experience with working with youth. Esther coached soccer in the Pueblo Community from 2010 to 2016. The Club is a great place where she can channel her passion for making a difference in the Pueblo community!
