Hayden has become a consistent and enthusiastic presence at the Club, attending almost every day. He now walks through the doors with a smile on his face, eager to share stories about his day at school with staff. His demeanor has been remarkable. He often offers thoughtful suggestions to staff about how to help other members listen better, showing both reflection and a desire to contribute positively to the Club environment. He truly seems like a whole new person compared to the beginning of the year, and witnessing his transformation has been incredibly inspiring.

Hayden demonstrates strong character through his willingness to help without seeking recognition. He is one of the only middle school members who helps clean up after snack simply because he wants to—not because it allows him to get to gym games faster. His actions reflect responsibility, maturity, and a genuine sense of ownership in the Club community.

While he may not always participate in structured programs, Hayden enjoys being involved in his own way, moving from room to room to see what is happening and staying connected with staff and peers. In the short time we have known him, his personal growth has been tremendous. We are proud of how far he has come and are excited to see where his continued growth and leadership will take him.
