There is no need for change, just to keep being the gold star that he is. Julian is a gentleman, kind, supportive and respectful. Julian takes initiative and often starts cleaning or putting things away on his own. He often asks if he can help. I see and hope for only the brightest of futures for this young man - he deserves the world. 

As mentioned above Julian is supportive and possess a charter that you just cannot teach. Julian often volunteers to be Team Leader. He helps to get Club Members into the respective groups, models leadership by his actions and behaviors - rarely words. Julian is caring and sensitive to other Club Members.

Julian sees a need for charitable contribution. His short- and long-term goal is to be able to work for foundations that support the homeless and address food shortage.
