The Club has had a positive impact on Tommy. He takes ownership of his behaviors, actions and words. Staff can now have a conversation with Tommy. He participates and is working on himself. He is that first person that will call out bullying and can recognize that in others and himself in those rare occasions.

Tommy asks what he can do. There are many examples of his character and leadership. The one I really want to highlight is our current situation. Staff can count on Tommy to help clean the Club, finish tasks that are given to him, help support in getting the Club members in their groups. Tommy models the behavior of a leader and is a great person overall. 

Tommy has shared that the Club has given him a "bigger family and more adults and father figures he can count on."
