Ana is quick to offer her help whenever she notices someone struggling, including staff members. During our most recent Family Night, she naturally stepped into a leadership role by encouraging her friends to assist with signing parents in and helping them find seats at their tables. While working alongside her peers, Ana offered gentle reminders about using good manners and maintaining a professional and respectful attitude. Once everyone was seated and enjoying dinner, Ana again took initiative by motivating others to assist with clean-up duties, demonstrating responsibility and teamwork.

When given the opportunity to interact with younger club members, Ana builds meaningful and positive connections through educational play and reading activities. She is thoughtful and intentional in her interactions, always making sure younger members feel safe, supported, and included. Ana’s nurturing nature and willingness to lead by example make her a positive role model within the Club community.
