The Club has taught Daizey to be accountable for her actions and shown her the importance of decision making and having to stand by those decisions. The Club has also taught Daizey the importance of finding a balance between her personal life and social life, which for the longest time had been a struggle.

Daizey demonstrates that she is a good leader by helping Club staff if they need anything and always offering to help run her own activities for younger members. On top of that, she finds a way to her peers at the Club if they need something. If a member is shutting staff out or not wanting to talk with an adult, she tries to listen to that

member when they are ready to talk. 

As the Keystone (leadership club) President, Daizey has taken on the challenge of ensuring Sprague’s Keystone Club is fully charted through Boys & Girls Clubs of America. With that comes a lot of required tasks that need to be completed for the application. Daizy's commitment to her Club community is evident each and every day.
