Kendra Turner

Vice President of Resource Development

In 2018, Kendra joined the Club as a member of the Board of Directors and served as Board Chair for both 2021 to 2022. On the Board, she enjoyed assisting staff in fundraising events and donor stewardship. In 2023, Kendra changed roles and joined the staff as Vice President of Resource Development. She now oversees corporate, foundation and individual donations and grants, in addition to the Club's many fundraising and outreach events.

Outside of the Club's administration office, Kendra enjoys volunteering as a STEM mentor with elementary-age Club members. STEM mentoring has allowed her to interact with members at Heroes Academy, Irving Elementary and the Eastside Clubhouse at Risley Middle School. Whether it's building LEGO models, reading about endangered species, or playing math games, she loves learning alongside the kids.

Kendra has a degree in Mass Communications from Colorado State University Pueblo with an emphasis in print journalism. As a proud Thunderwolf, she loves seeing the impact so many Mass Communication graduates have here in Pueblo and across the state. Kendra is a parent to two school-aged children and credits them for her passionate involvement in the Club and support for all youth development opportunities in our community.
