Angela Giron Bio

Angela Giron

President/CEO

Angela is a proud product of this community. After having attended K-12 in Pueblo schools, she went on to get her BA degree from what is presently Colorado State University-Pueblo. Angela held multiple program positions and served in administrative leadership at the Club from 1980-2007. During her 10-year hiatus from the Club, she served as the Regional Representative for two US Senators, was elected to the Colorado State Senate in 2010, and provided consulting to The Colorado Trust, a health equity foundation.

Angela is thrilled to “come home” to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County as their President/CEO. Because she raised her daughter at the Club, with access to all the opportunities and quality programs the Club provides kids, she works hard to provide those same experiences for all Pueblo kids. Angela shares her life with her husband, Steve, and their dog, Pancho Villa.
