Nikki Timme is a Pueblo native and grew up in a small town in the eastern plains of Colorado, returning to her hometown in 2008. She volunteered with the Boy Scouts of America, for over 10 years holding a variety of roles working with youth ages 6-17. 

She is a certified Early Childhood Educator, with emphasis in childcare, child and human development, and childhood psychology. She had an in-home day care for 4 years, specializing in infant, toddler, and after-school care. As her five children grew, she decided to explore other career opportunities working as an HVAC technician and private business owner from 2010 until 2018. 

Nikki Timme started at Boys & Girls Clubs of Pueblo County in September of 2018. Since joining the team, she has worked with the 21st Century programs at both Heroes and Risley Middle schools.
