Outdoor Equity and Education Manager

Yenny Chase Bayless is the Outdoor Equity and Education Manager, a new role promoting accessibility to outdoor recreation and environmental education for the Boys & Girls Club of Pueblo County. Yenny joined BGCPC in the summer of 2022, working for Prairie Winds and the East Side Clubhouses. Working for BGCPC, she has enjoyed fostering an inclusive environment for all members.

Before joining the BGCPC and moving to Pueblo, Yenny lived in Montana and Alaska. She earned her degree in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Fish and Wildlife at Montana State University. After college, she worked as a marine biologist in Alaska along the Aleutian Islands. She moved to Pueblo in 2021 and began working as a middle school science teacher. Working as an educator sparked her passion for working with youth and setting lasting success.
