When Konnor first started off at the Club, he would only come if one of his friend's showed up. He then started staying at the Club longer and even would start attending on Fridays. Konnor says that he has made a lot more friends at the Club than he would have in school. Konnor has stated that he enjoys the programs at the Club and that he enjoys how to deal with Financial Literacy with Money Matters and how to “think more positively with positive action.” He also has said that he like to be at the Club and get involved because otherwise he would be at home playing his video game. 

Konnor has been very supportive and excited when he comes to the Club. He makes an effort of talking to new members when he can. He assists the staff at the end of the night when closing down a program space. He enjoys talking to others about the Club and is a leader. He offers to be the first to participate in a program or he joins an activity and will recruit his friends to join as well. Recently, he was talking to a staff about an activity and immediately recruited 3 other teens to participate. He thanked the other members and the staff for a fun time. He talks about his support systems and how much he appreciates the Club. 

Konnor stated “The Club makes my life better by helping me with everything that I need help with even when I don't ask for help. It helps me with self confidence, being money smart, and learning about others point of views and how to better help others with their problems. These things help me better handle the problems that I might encounter in my everyday life.”
