Corporate Fundraising Guidelines 

How will the Club assist?

$2,500+
For a donation of $2,500 or more, we will promote your event through social media; we will have five Club kids and one Staff member attend your event for 3 hours; and host a check presentation at your event or Clubhouse of your choice (must be scheduled in advance).

$1,000 - $2,499*
For a donation between $1,000 and $2,499, we will promote your event through social media; have two BGCPC staff members attend your event for 2 hours; and host a check presentation at your event or Clubhouse of your choice (must be scheduled in advance).

<$999*
For a donation of $999 or less, we will host a scheduled check presentation at Clubhouse of your choice.

* Attendance of Club kids requires Club staff to escort. Because the Club is closed on weekends and select weeks during the year and Club staff do not normally work weekends, it is difficult for BGCPC to meet these requests due to increased overhead (staff overtime).
