
The goal of Rocky’s Riders is to increase young people’s life-long commitment to daily physical fitness by providing education and access that develops a love for bike riding. Biking helps kids live healthy lifestyles by:
• Developing strength, balance, and overall fitness;
• Burning up calories;
• Strengthening the heart, lungs, and lower-body muscles and bones; and
• Developing and strengthening the muscles surrounding the knees without impact.
